SubSnooze Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By installing or using SubSnooze (the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
SubSnooze is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or sell the App without prior written consent.
3. No Affiliation with Sonos
SubSnooze is an independent third-party utility. Konsulent Dan Gøran Lunde AS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sonos, Inc. “Sonos” is a trademark of Sonos, Inc., used here solely to describe interoperability with Sonos-branded products on a local network.
4. Provided “As Is” — No Warranty
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any specific Sonos firmware version or device configuration.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Konsulent Dan Gøran Lunde AS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Direct damages, where they cannot be excluded by law, are limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Sonos Speakers and Settings
SubSnooze sends standard UPnP commands to your Sonos speakers. You are responsible for making sure that the schedules and commands you configure produce results you are comfortable with. We are not responsible for changes to your Sonos audio settings made through the App.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by the SubSnooze Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
