1. Parties

Buyer: The person or entity purchasing services from Konsulent Dan Gøran Lunde AS.

2. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. For invoice payments, the payment term is 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Late payment interest may be charged in accordance with Norwegian law on late payment interest.

3. Delivery

Konsulent Dan Gøran Lunde AS primarily delivers digital services and consulting work.

Delivery time is agreed individually for each assignment and specified in the offer or contract.

For digital products and services, delivery occurs immediately or according to an agreed schedule.

In the event of a delay beyond the agreed delivery time, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible.

4. Right of Withdrawal

For consumer purchases, the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act applies. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

5. Returns

As Konsulent Dan Gøran Lunde AS primarily delivers digital services and consulting work, physical returns do not apply.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, any amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days after the seller has received notice of the withdrawal.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Complaints

Services must comply with what has been agreed in the contract or offer.

In the event of defects or errors, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.

7. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, consumers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (forbrukerradet.no) or use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Disputes between business customers and Konsulent Dan Gøran Lunde AS shall be resolved by the ordinary courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.

Norwegian law applies.
